+ On Wednesday, President Obama tossed out a decades-long Cold War policy – announcing that he would be reopening US relations with Cuba.
+ “In light of the decision by the majority of our exhibitors not to show The Interview, we have decided not to move forward with the planned December 25 theatrical release,” Sony Pictures said in a statement on Wednesday. The announcement came just one day after hackers threatened terror attacks against theatres that screen the comedy prompting major theatres chains to opt out of showing the film.
